Please read these terms carefully before using the BMFLY B2B flight booking platform.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bmfly Travels Limited and any registered agency or user of the BMFLY platform. These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2025.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BMFLY platform you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms
These Terms apply to all registered agents, sub-agents, and authorised users
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with notice via email

Platform Access & Registration

Access is restricted to registered travel agencies and authorised B2B partners only
You must provide accurate business information during agency registration
Each account is for a single agency — sharing credentials is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these Terms
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials

Booking & Ticketing

All flight bookings are subject to airline fare rules, availability, and confirmation
PNRs (Passenger Name Records) must be verified before issuing tickets
Ticket issuance is final — verify all passenger details carefully before confirming
Fare changes between booking and ticketing are the responsibility of the agent
BMFLY acts as an intermediary — final contract is between passenger and airline

Payment Terms

All transactions are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated
Payment must be completed within the ticketing time limit provided at booking
Unpaid bookings will be automatically cancelled after the time limit expires
Agents are responsible for ensuring sufficient account credit before booking
Disputed charges must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction date

Cancellation & Amendments

Cancellation and amendment policies are governed by the respective airline's fare rules
Service fees charged by BMFLY are non-refundable under any circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted through the platform's booking management section
Refund processing time depends on the airline — typically 7–21 business days
No-show bookings are subject to full forfeiture as per airline policy

Prohibited Activities

Fraudulent bookings, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment methods
Scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated access to our platform
Reselling platform access or credentials to unauthorised third parties
Booking for the purpose of speculation or seat blocking without intent to travel
Any activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or international aviation regulations

Limitation of Liability

BMFLY is not liable for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations
We are not responsible for losses arising from force majeure events
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating legal proceedings
